Our Story
Formed in 2013, Sedora Consulting lends expertise in multiple aspects of real estate due diligence, including Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Property Condition Assessments, and environmental compliance audits. Headquartered in eastern Pennsylvania, we serve local clients and continue to support several national consulting firms, providing presence and localized knowledge in the Lehigh Valley and greater Philadelphia area. We are experienced in a varied number of reporting standards and individual client protocols, as well as government-related programs such as Fannie Mae and HUD Multifamily Accelerated Processing (MAP).
